Hi!

	I've made a small diff to Provenzano's pthreads to
compile on NetBSD-1.1/i386. It seems to pass the tests (except
for a known bug with calls to gethostname, I recall).
And it is working as the threading level for Gnat, and Ada95 compiler.
So I think it's pretty stable. Ayway, I did almost nothing
except for some minor fixes to reflect changes from 
1.0a to 1.1 (1.0a seems to be the last version of BSD to which 
ptreads were ported). If somebody has any comment on them, just let me know.
