Hi there !

  Last time I tried to compile some stuff for X. During compilation I got a
message: ld: X11: no match. I have X libraries in ld.so.hints. When I set 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to /usr/X11R6/lib compilation goes fine. Does anybody know
why linker doesn't link X libraries when LD_LIBRARY_PATH is unset and know
how to solve this problem. TIA.
