You can get a copy by ftping to 127.0.0...er..nevermind.  :)

There is a small collection of binaries on ftp.netbsd.org.  Otherwise, 
most of the patches for FreeBSD on ftp://ftp.cdrom.com also work apply to 
NetBSD.
