The changes to the bootblocks to make them build a DOS executable
containing the boot code are sitting in the GNATS database,
apparently unprocessed, and they've been sitting there for quite
a while. The stuff is also available from

	ftp://ftp.unit.no/pub/NetBSD/...

somewhere (can't tell right now, I'm offline).

The modification to produce a DOS bootblock executable was done
by Tor Egge, I did the packaging.
