port-i386: lost OPOST

If I call ioctl(TIOCGETP) on a tty followed by a ioctl(TIOCSETP), the OPOST
bit gets turned off.  I'm told there is a fix for this but I can't find it
in the bugs database.  Can someone point me to it?
