Folks, what say we upgrade the pcvt that comes witth the i386 tree to 3.30?
I think the tar is on ftp.netbsd.org.  Also, I think we should merge in the
pcvt termcap entries into the system termcap collection.  Is this the sort
of thing that could be send-pr?  (never done it, dunno if it's apropriate)
