exception event code 40 with current

Hello all,

since the end of december, each time I compile a new kernel based on 
"current" (current updated many times since) I get a

        booting warm
        exception event code 40
        TLB miss/invalid load

then my Jornada resets.

I also tried with different version of HPCBoot.exe (new and old).  Is this 
the same for any of you ?
