I have uploaded a gcc3-based snapshot of NetBSD/hpcsh built from the
tree with some uncommitted fixes to make gcc3 itself and gcc3 world
work for/on sh3.

    ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/uwe/hpcsh-20030924-gcc331/

You can actually fit all the world on a 256MB CF and still have
*plenty* of room. I currently run a slightly smaller world (no yp,
kerberos, docs/man/info, etc) built from the same sources. It's under
85MB after just a little bit of manual trimming (like named, boot
server, etc).

One known broken thing is that /dev/ksyms doesn't work because ksyms
code makes assumptions about order of ELF sections that hpcboot.exe
violates.

It's not an official snapshot made from a "clean" tree, so it's under
"misc", not "arch". Still I think it's useful for hpcsh users. I'm
certainly very happy to have a tiny gcc3 all-dynamic world finally
working on jornada.
