Jornada 690 lockup

Hi!

My jornada 690 died, that is I can't any response from it. Soft or hard 
reset doesn't work. 

The system wasn't doing any thing and died with the following message:
masked HD6446x interrupt.0x0000

Any ideas on howto get it working again?
