Someone else posted an eBay link a while back. Here's the current listing:

www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-20L0243-Non-Parity-DIMM-Memory-Upgrade-32MB-60NS-3-3V-EDO-/182232781305?hash=item2a6deb91f9:g:Zz4AAOSwqu9U7U1J

Looks like 6 available.

I have 2 Z50s with the 32MB upgrade. I've got 5.x on them. 6.x and
7.x wouldn't install correctly on them(or my Cobalt Raq2s). Good to
see it's working now(maybe for the cobalts as well)....

I have a spare module, but I'm gonna desolder 2 of the chips and stick
them on the motherboard and see if it will see 64MB. I'm hoping it
will. Linux won't see the 32MB module because there's a memory hole,
and I'm hoping the mainboard will recognize it without having to try
to hack into the BIOS(or whatever it has). 48MB is tight and the
extra 16 would help somewhat. My Cobalts can take 256MB RAM.

Haven't gotten as much use out of them as I was hoping, but......... :-)
