The z50 I'd like to sell has the following :

* the 32 Mb RAM upgrade
* a 340Mb IBM microdrive with NetBSD 3.0 installed
* IBM microdrive PCMCIA adapter + case
* two standard batteries, both of which hold charge for at least an hour
* serial cable
* 3Com 56K Xjack modem PCMCIA card
* 3Com Fast Etherlink 16-bit PCMCIA ethernet card w/ dongle
* original Windows CE CD with COA
* Applications and Users' Guide CD for Workpad z50
* the Setup Guide foldout for the Workpad
* original z50 Users' reference manual

I've had NetBSD 3.0 running on this machine for a couple of months
now, and it works fine. Cosmetically, the machine is in fine shape
with nothing missing. Right now, it's a text console only install
since the 340Mb card did not have enough space for the X packages. I
did set up a Lucent wireless card (not included) and browsing with
lynx and remote sessions via ssh work as expected.
