1. Download

ftp://releng.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/current/200302240000/hpcmips/installation/hpcboot.exe

and

ftp://releng.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/current/200302240000/hpcmips/installation/netbsd.gz

copy to Win CE area.

2. boot

exec hpcboot.exe


I heard MP-C303 work only serial terminal.so you may connect serial 
terminal with MP-C33DE.and should set serial terminal setting with
hpcboot.
