Yes, it is almost just like that.  except with one difference, if the
Nokia would at 1 bar ring loudly, vibrate, and say ``WARNING!  PANIC!
Battery is SERIOUSLY LOW and in DESPERATE DANGER OF DYING!'' then
disconnect from the cel network and turn itself into a useless
flashlight, and refuse to do anything but lock the screen backlight on
and the Battery Dying Warning Vibrator in spin mode until it reached 0
bars and finally shut off.  Then the Nokia would be the same as the
i386-wannabe APM hack in the MobilePro 800.
