OK, thanks for the suggestions...

I've managed to get it installed now :-)

I think I managed to confuse the fdisk program, finally got it to install a
proper msdos partition on the card, rebooted to Windows CE and it just formatted
the small partition I had created, not the whole thing...

The install went fine after that.

Haven't got very far with it yet, didn't get it working until 3am!

Just a couple more questions if I can...

Is there any form of suspend implemented? At the moment the only way I can seem
to shut the system down is to issue a "shutdown -p now" this then requires a
reset of the machine to get it up and running agian... (back into windows ce)

Can I determine the battery strength after the initial boot?

Is the touch screen available in xwindows?
