Is there a reason that we don't have all our supported PCMCIA ethernet 
cards compiled into GENERIC by default?

I propose that we add all the supported ones into GENERIC and 
TX39{1,2}2.  If there are no objections, I'll do this next week and 
submit pullups for the 1.5 and 1.6 branches.
