pbsdboot can find the kernel file on the MS-DOS partition and on the
NetBSD partition.

ATA Card
  +MS-DOS partition
  | \netbsd
  | \netbsd.gz
  +NetBSD partition
    /netbsd
    /netbsd.gz

they are all ok for pbsdboot.
