Snapshot binary should release with it's snapshot source tarballs.
It's my mistake that the 20000627-1.5 snapshot has no source tarball.

We will release next snapshot after ALPHA2 tag.and it will contain
source tarballs.

ALPHA2 branch will be tagged on 11 Aug 2000.
