I think all little-endian MIPS boxes are binary compatible - at least at
the packages level.  There have been reports of people using NetBSD/pmax
packages with just a few problems - there were some recent changes to
remove SOFTFLOAT that also aid in this.  I don't know anything specific
about NetBSD/arc, but I'd be surprised if binaries weren't compatible
either.
