FYI, i managed to get pbsdboot.exe to compile yesterday, and I did it
with VC6.

To do it, i installed the following stuff:

VC++ 6.0
Windows CE Toolkit for VC++ 6.0

Then I got my Windows CE Platform Builder (the new name for the
Embedded Toolkit, apprently) 2.11 CD set, and grabbed diskio.h from it
and plopped it into the 'stand/include' dir. For PB 2.11, diskio.h
can be found by inserting PB 2.11 disc 1 into your CD-ROM drive,
and finding diskio.h on that drive at \public\common\oak\inc\diskio.h.

I had to comment some stuff out re: a pragma to set the code page for
Japanese or something, but that was pretty straightforward.

I've got some improvements to the project files, etc., but i want
folks to try them out with VC5 before i check them in.
