Putting the SA1110 into sleep mode is documented in the SA1110 manual.
If I read it correctly, the SA1110 starts execution at the Windows CE
boot ROM when it comes out of sleep. It may be possible to trick
Windows boot code to resume to NetBSD.

On the other hand, I'm not sure if we can achieve enough power saving
without shutting down peripheral devices. The datasheet says SA1110
consumes 100mW (typ.) when in idle mode. IIRC, my jornada battery
lasts ~20 hours running NetBSD and display off, which means ~400mW
power is conusumed outside the CPU.

Maybe hpcmips guy knows more about such kind of issue.
