So the other day, while ssh'd into something that later went away, I found myself
looking longingly at the '~' key which is painted Yellow on the US keyboard. This
means "press the Fn key first" which of course doesn't do anything on NetBSD.

I know I can re-assign some other key to be '~' but I wonder what it would take
to support the 'Fn' meta key to get those other characters that we're still
missing like "{}" and "[]" and "~".

Maybe this is more properly asked of the wscons people.

Anyone have ideas?
