unlimit stacksize -> segfault in binaries linked to libpthread

Hello,

(5.99.59 snapshot from Dec 22)

Old-style bulk build unlimits stacksize and thus cannot build or run perl.

How to demo (as root):

# ulimit -s
2048
# ulimit -s unlimited
# ulimit -s
262144

# named-checkconf
Memory fault (core dumped)

# ktruss named-checkconf
<...>
24124      1 named-checkconf getrlimit(0x3, 0x700025d8) = 0
24124      1 named-checkconf mprotect(0x80000000, 0x10000000, 0x3) = 0
24124      1 named-checkconf SIGSEGV SIG_DFL
