According to http://www.openpa.net/systems/ultralight.html this machine
features a PA7300LC CPU accompanied by the usual Phantom, LASI, etc.
chips and these are supported.

NetBSD can run on this machine. Unfortunately NetBSD/hp700 is still a
bit buggy and not ready for production use. The usual way is netbooting
the machine and install it by hand.
See http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/network/netboot/ for netboot
instructions.
