all of the changes for hppa pthreads should be checked in now.
I put a snapshot with all this in:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/hp700/snapshots/20040718-2.0G/

some of the siginfo-related changes are probably not backward compatible,
so it'd be best to upgrade from the snapshot before going back to sources.
