I don't have any knowledge about kernel hacking. But I wane learn it
and I can afford some time to spend in NetBSD/hp700. So if someone can
give me some hints about "recommended reading" and if some of the
"gurus" are willing to answer my stupid questions, ... perhaps I can do
some usefull work.

The first step is reading docs about the hp700 architecture and NetBSD
kernel source. http://www.de.netbsd.org/Ports/hp700/ points to a lot
of docs. But where to start exploring the kernel source?
/usr/src/sys/arch/<arch>/<arch>/* ???

The next step is getting somthing to netboot. Should this be a kernel or
some kind of second stage boot loader? I think the later is more
flexible an perhaps we can reuse some of the code that already exist
for the hp300 port. Or would it be better to skip this and go directly
to...

Then setting up a /usr/src/sys/arch/hp700, going to
/usr/src/sys/arch/hp700/hp700/locore.s and friends????
