HP9000/382 and 362 framebuffer now use MI sti(4) driver

Hi,

I've committed changes to make framebuffers on HP9000/382 and 362
use MI sti(4) driver with mmap(2) support.

With these changes, X.org server (and other framebuffer applications
like mlterm-wscons etc.) work on 382 and 362.
