I have just uploaded a new snapshot to:

It is an ELF snapshot and fixes the alignment problems of the
previous snapshot.  It also contains the new toolchain, which
isn't officially supported yet.  The new assembler has some
problems, most obviously with 'options FPSP' in the kernel, so
the kernels have been compiled without this option.  GDB is
also missing.

The snapshot was cross-compiled in its entirety on NetBSD/i386
1.5.2.
