Sorry, I guess I should've posted:

Use the HP-UX X server.  XhpBSD as shipped with NetBSD doesn't support all
of the framebuffers the kernel supports.  You'll need HP-UX's X server to
run X on the framebuffers that the kernel supports but XhpBSD doesn't.  See:
