I have been inundated with requests for these things. So I am going
to post some more info here so I don't have to say it to everyone
individually. I have two, well used, 9144s. They still worked last
time they were needed (at least two years ago). They come with _no_
guarantees. I will surplus them for $10 each but the shipping will
be in the order of $30 inside the US (forget it outside the US) and
you will have to deal with the UI's surplus department (I will send
the 9144s to them). If anyone is still interested email me (no phone
calls).
