I've just uploaded a fresh 1.4.1 miniroot and SYS_* files to:

  ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/hp300/installation/1.4.1/

(Note: these havn't been tested (I'm at work and the HP I built them 
on is at home) but they should work.)
