hmm. I have an hp433s that netboots a 340 printer server here. I have:

08:00:09:10:86:20       SYS_UBOOT,SYS_INST

and in /usr/mdec/rbootd:

-r--r--r--  2 bin  bin  83944 Dec 19 19:12 SYS_INST
-r--r--r--  8 bin  bin  75316 Dec 19 19:12 SYS_UBOOT

though I can't see how what you have shouldn't work.

If you're getting "SYSTEM NOT FOUND" then you don't need to look 
much further at this point. You should see what's wrong with rbootd.
Try running rbootd with '-d'.
