Jason,

once I tried to attach an external CD-ROM drive to a HP400 machine ...
... mounting a disk worked without problems, but there were two other problems
I experienced:

 - Audio does not work. I've compiled the Openwindows CD audio CD player
"workman", it tried to access the CD, but couldn't initialize it.

 - a general Problem with external SCSI devices: the HP400 listis SCSI devices
from sd6 down, NetBSD (in GENERIC) doesn't. So, if I'm attaching an external
SCSI device, my "fstab" doesn't match at boot time.
The NetBSD 1.2 Kernel documentation says something about an option
SCSI_REVPRI, but I couldn't get it run in that way ...

regards, Alex
