AFAIK no (though I'm not any kind of expert on the hp300 port :)

What version of NetBSD are you running, and are you trying to
netboot any other machines from this one? If not its probably
worth disbaling rarpd in /etc/netstart (though thats probably
not directly related)
Any hp300 users who can help on this one? :)
