It is actually Mach/Lites.  See:

Not all that stable, fast or complete, but it runs.  Depends on which model
715 though.  We have had bizarre machine check problems with 7100LC-based
715's (e.g., the 715/100) that we don't see on other 7100LC machines (712s
or 725s).  715/50s and 715/75s should work just fine though.
