These drives appear to be rather static sensitive.  I just installed a
730S in my PC (CSC had a good price!) and unless the case is grounded
to the case of the PC it seems to act oddly (to say the least).  It takes
more than just the power ground as well and most mounting kits use some
amount of plastic -- I don't know about 400's.
