I know those memory boards also work in a 320 (I've pulled them from a 
310 running HP-UX 5.x to bring a 320 up to a whopping 7.5MB before :-).  
Maybe they'll work in a 350 ... dunno ... a 350 had DIO-II, whereas the 
310 and 320 didn't.

It's probably a good bet that they won't work in any system that uses the 
SIMM-like memory boards or the 360/370-like memory boards (were those ECC?).
