I have filed (a while ago) port-evbmips/31992, which cleans up the
chip-specific aubus maps, and corrects incorrect event reporting on
different alchemy parts.

It also provides a foundation for some other board-specific support,
that I need for PCI (owing to the need to have board specific
interrupt routing.)

I have posted the diffs to my website at

    http://garrett.damore.org/software/netbsd/diff.31992

Please use the file above, and not what is posted in GNATS, as there
is a historical version in GNATS that would cause problems if it was
committed.

These diffs are dependent upon the fix for 32030, so we'll need to
have that PR reviewed and committed first.

If someone wants to take a look, I'd be grateful. As I've already
indicated, the PCI support I have forthcoming is dependent upon these
changes.
