 From what I can find online 
(http://www.psx-shop.co.uk/html/dreamcast.html as an example), the 
adapters are going to be at least as much work, if not more, than 
buying the keyboard and mouse off eBay (or a similar auction site).

However, if you want to try to figure out how to do it,
