I just tried on OS X over NFS (to a box with a UFS) last night, after the news
of the pthread thing being cleared up, but it died on me during the depend.
I'm going to get a clean source tree from the FTP site today and update it to
see if it will fix the problem.

I've sucessfully cross compiled NetBSD/Dreamcast on a FreeBSD 4.x box in the
past, but this will be my first try with the OS X (10.3) box. I'll tell you
how it goes.
