It would. Currently it is not implemented to pass
some bootargs to the next kernel but it should be trivial.
(Maybe we should use bootinfo structures.)

Anyway we can specify rootfilesystem in a kernel config,
(and we can select kernels by reboot(8) command)
and if no default filesystem is not set in it,
kernel will ask it at boot time.
