There's a very old one (3.0) I prepared available at
<URL:http://mc.pp.se/dc/files/gcc3.0.tar.gz>.

You might want to get
<URL:http://mc.pp.se/dc/files/dynkit.tar.gz> too, which contains a
dynamic libc and a working ld.elf_se.  It's for 1.5(R?) though.
