I am having trouble with the following line of the howto.

"Retrieve the HPCSH tarballs from http://www.netbsd.org "

Sounds silly, but I have wandered around the site for an hour now and
found nothing.  I start at www.netbsd.org, then follow the hpcsh link,
but do not see a link for source tarballs.
