I think he means a one-stop package that sports a cross-compilation
environment, remote debuggers, target libraries, and documentation.  Is
that right?  I'm working on a native DC devkit called 'absolute' which I'm
hoping will help eliminate the fragmentation and *crappy* tools that exist
today :).
