It's NetBSD mailing list policy that non-subscriber can post a message
to any list. This is necessary, because we have to make it possible 
to cross-post various mailing lists.
e.g.
	port-dreamcast + port-sh3,
	port-dreamcast@netbsd + linux-kernel

Anyway, we use content based filter to block such SPAMs.
And the spam never will appear in any NetBSD mailing lists again.
