Hmm, how about "tcpdump -env"?

What about int 1 and int 2 (for tlp0 and tlp1)?
Does ping(8) (and other TCP programs) via your cobalt
work at that time?

Hmm, if any packets are handled in upper layer,
it shouldn't be a driver problem (nor cobalt specific)
but some issue around ipf or other settings, I guess.
