Essential fixes for interrupt issue are:

But there are more other fixes (cosmetics, identify models, evcnt(9) etc.)
that these diffs depend on, so I also wonder which fixes should be
pulled up. (i.e. rewrite the patch for netbsd-3 or pullup whole diffs)

Note PCI related fixes has been pulled up to netbsd-3. (ticket #1359)
