It'll run with 16Mb, but as you can imagine, not well.  Fortunately,
there are still a bunch of places online where you can find cobalt
memory (crucial.com not being one of them, for once):

...to name just a few.  I upgraded to 144Mb and it runs quite well.  I
think with anything less than 128 and you'd have a hard time running a
