Hi,

the Qube does take 2x 72-PIN non-parity EDO RAMs.
In theory 512MB should be the maximum memsize, but I´m not sure if the 256MB
EDO will fit according to there dimensions, but for sure there are 128MB
modules available which do perfectly fit.

From my own experience I would not even try to go above the 256MB when using
NetBSD since the Qube simply doesn´t need it. It runs even fine with 128 MB.

Memory can be found at http://www.memoryx.net/.

hope this helps

Robert
