Hi. I just setup NetBSD 1.6.1 on my Cobalt Qube2 :)

Factory setup : 10gb HD, 16mb ram.

I'm just wondering why, when I'm installing ports from the pkgsrc, it
takes forever to compile. I know ram is a factor but top shows thats its
96% idle when compiling, cc1plus takes like 2.69% of the cpu only.

While so much % of the cpu is idle, its actually really slow because
there is a delay when I type something in ssh and start other apps.

Would all this be related to the low ram? (I'm thinking of getting 128mb
for it)

Thanks!

Francis
