I'll say!!  I can't even get mine to boot with anything other than
the original disk drive.  I have the recovery CD, a 2700D, and 
any number of intel boxes running linux.  The qube won't net-boot
from the recovery machine (via null ethernet); I've tried various 
other things, but gave up.  I feel that I need to be able to 
replace the disk drive and recover the default system before attempting
anything crazy like installing bsd on it!  

What's the secret?
